1-Ahh.. 2-YESSS! and 3-OW!

#1-Ahhh...65 degrees and no know what that means in the Winterholler/Stott families!
We played our first round of golf in way too long on Saturday, and it felt so good! Neither of us played our best, but it was fun nonetheless. Cody played great, as always, even though he had to spend most of his time coaching me! He is sooo good at helping me improve, and I hope to get better by the day! We have decided to purchase a season pass at Lake Hills in Billings for the summer, so you Montana folks get ready!

#2-YESSS! We are off to:

We are flying out on April 27 and coming back on May 2! We can't wait!  As well as site-seeing, we are going to go to:
We can't wait for our big vacation, and if any of you have been there and have tips on what else we ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO SEE....let us know! SOON!

#3-Okay, here is the 'OW!" part...I have some sad news. I have been training 6 days/week for my 10k coming up, and I am loving every minute of it! Well, I WAS loving every minute of it until about 1 month ago. My knee started to hurt to the point that I wanted to stop in the middle of my runs. Long story short, I started taking glucosamine chondroitin, (aka a supplement to promote joint flexibility) around that time. My knee felt better for a couple weeks, but recently as Katie and I were on our longest run ever, 4 miles (woo-hoo!) I HAD to stop. Sad, sad day. I came home balling, and decided I needed to go to the doctor.  I just returned and my doctor let me know that I have Patellofemoral pain syndrome or 'runners knee'. (aka NOT FUN!) This, although not the best animation, is pretty much how to describe the feeling:

To break this down, it is basically an irritation of the undersurface of the kneecap, which is supposed to be smooth, and mine is not. From what I have found on it, it is one of the most misunderstood knee problems. The only thing that I can do to get better is to rest and do stretches. He said that I can also train on a bike and swimming, which, to say the least, don't really excite me. I can't even do BOB!!! How do I live without my biggest loser workout? Anyway, enough crying, more do something about it. I still plan on running my 10k (don't worry Carrie) as long as I can get on track and trained prior to the big day! Until next time, please read again, I promise not to pout as much!

Rex Lee Run

We did it! Training for our 10k is going well, and our 5K went great! We made a goal of 30 minutes for the Rex Lee Run. For those of you that are major runners, I know that sounds like a lot...but it was killer for us! Especially with all of those hills! We are not sure what our time was, but we did make a friendly bet (with the loser buying ice cream!)

Katie guessed:
28 Minutes Flat

Chelsea guessed:

We will get the results online soon! We are excited to have it confirmed that we met our goal! And excited to see who gets to buy the

It is OFFICIAL...we are getting out of Provo!

For four months anyway! Hehe! My parents have generously said that we can come and live on the ranch with him! What a nice dad...or, maybe mom has not told him yet...

Just kidding dad! Scared you, huh?!
Actually, we will be living with the Winterhollers, and we are so excited! Cody will be working with Will, and it is such an amazing opportunity for him! Will just got a ceric machine, and Cody is going to be the know-it-all of it! I am so excited for him to go and learn all about what he will be doing in just a few years.
I will be working in the mouth-field (ha) as well! I am going to assist Bert in his oral surgery office. I am so excited to do this! I only had to get oxygen ONE time the last time that I went to observe him, so it should go pretty well! I think Grandma Stott is shocked that I am going back after my traumatic experience, but I think that it will be so fun. It is such an interesting field! Bloody, but interesting. I will update you with all of the cool stuff that I get to see!
I am also really excited to go home because CARRIE JO is going to be there! I cannot wait to spend time with her! She is training for the 10K as well,we are just training in different states. But we are planning on running together in the "Run for the Sole" 10K in Billings!
And lastly, FAMILY! We miss our family, we miss Montana, and we cannot wait to go back and be with them. We are sad to leave Amanda and Kevin and the kids here, we have been so lucky to spend so much time with them!

We are excited to see little Whitney, Hallie, and Dane grow though.

And the parents...o, the parents. It will be SO nice to actually see them in person rather than talk to them on the phone daily...usually 2 times daily, that is! We are excited for this new adventure in our lives! We know that we will learn a lot and be so sad to leave. But, we will be back...someday!!!

Definitely, Maybe

FIVE stars! (Okay, I am not sure if it is supposed to be four stars or five stars, but whichever it is, it is the top amount of stars that you can get!) It was such a chick flick, but Cody actually liked it as well! It had some really funny humor that we both enjoyed, as well as that lovey-dovey stuff. The little girl is ADORABLE! I recommend it!

My First REAL running shoes!

Woo-hoo! I can honestly say that I have never had a pair of true blue running shoes. I made a goal that if I worked out faithfully this month that I could get some, and I reached my goal! I bought these Asics yesterday at Nordstrom. I was literally running around in the store to make sure that I wanted to dish out the money for them. However, after the first two steps, I knew how great they were! I can't wait to run tomorrow...and it is not often that I say those words!
