Cody and I made this today(believe it or not, he is quite the chef!). It is a recipe from someone on his mission, and it is SOOOOOO good!
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 T. vegetable oil
4 15. oz cans great northern Beans, drained
1 14 oz. can chicken broth
1 4 oz. can chopped green chilies
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup whipping cream
In a large saucepan, saute chicken, onion and garlic powder in oil until chicken is no longer pink. Add beans, broth, chilies and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and whipping cream. Serve immediately.

I often make this in the winter. I agree, it is soooo good! ~Lacee
I've never made white chicken chili, but we love plain chili with cornbread. So I might have to give this a try!
Wow. Nothing from you for a month, and then all we get is a recipe???
I love this recipe, too! I actually connected to your blog from Jen Johnson's, but your husband home teaches us. Anyway...this recipe is awesome!
