David Stanley Smith

Family and friends,
We know how much you all care and love us. We are so grateful for the knowledge of the gospel at this time in our lives. I wanted to give you a little information that I know you are all needing to hear at this time.
Amanda and Kevin Smith had David Stanley Smith on September 19th. He had complications with the umbilical cord in the womb and was stillborn. Amanda's delivery went wonderful and she is home and feeling well.
We are having a graveside funeral for him on Saturday, September 20th.
Once more, we are so grateful for the gospel and the knowledge that we can see David Stanley again after this life.
We ask for your prayers of love and comfort.

chels... I just called you and left a message. Youre probably with family now and dont feel like talking. But if you want to... Id love to. I cant tell ya how sorry I am. The same thing happened to my sister a little over a year ago. They had a stillborn. It was such a difficult time for my family and I don't know how my brother and sister survived. They still talk about her often and refer to her as their "angel baby." Looks like you now have an angel-baby nephew.

Chelsea, my heart literally broke when I heard the news. Your entire family has been in my thoughts and prayers constantly, we love you guys and wish we could do something more than just pray. How wonderful to have the gospel in our lives and know that little David will be waiting to meet his family on the other side. Again, please give everyone big hugs from us, we love you all!

I couldn't believe it when Grandma Bev called me on Thursday. I didn't know what to say or even to think. My heart goes out to Kevin and Amanda. I have been thinking about them non-stop since I heard. They are both such strong amazing people with strong testimonies. You are all in our prayers and know we are always here for you. We love you guys.

Chels,
What a heartbreaking but precious experience your family is experiencing. Thanks to the Gospel we are comforted in lifes trials and heartaches. I dont know your family but rest assured that you are in our thoughts and prayers. What a perfect little baby, much to perfect for this earth. Our eyes are very limited to what Heavenly Fathers plans really are for us, but we are comforted to know that he loves us and will help us in our times of need.
Much love from the Jarvis Family to your family at this time.

Chelsea, I am so sorry to hear the sad news. My mom told me on Sunday and I have not stopped thinking about you and your family. I honestly can't imagine anything harder than loosing a sweet little baby. I know that the Lord is with each one of you to help you through this hard time. During sad times like this, it brings so much comfort to know that families are eternal. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. ~Lizzy
